(NEW:Documentation) DeadIfOff scheme of PDL drivers have been documented in the Driver Development Guide.

(BUGFIX:AppShell) Corrected an issue that could lead to memory issues of an application the AppShell is controlling terminates unexpectedly.

(BUGFIX:Core) Corrected an issue with the floating point formatting method of the string class.

(BUGFIX:Weather Channel Data Feed Drvr) Changed the Weather Channel driver to facilitate changes to the data-feed which limits forecasting to 5 days.

(BUGFIX:CML) Corrected issues with the CommCfg classes GetPortFlags() and SetPortFlags() methods.

(PERFORMANCE:Elk Drvr) Changed Elk driver to stop polling for Temperature changes, as the Elk system will now report them every 1 degree of change.

(PERFORMANCE:IE) Lowered the minimum limit range accepted by the progress bar to accommodate floating point fields with small ranges.

(PERFORMANCE:Lutron HW Drvr) New Lutron Homeworks driver that fixes possible polling timing issues..

(NEW:XML Radio Drvr) Included first round of the XML Radio Driver.

(NEW:Tandberg MXP Drvr) Included first round of a new Tandberg MXP video conferencing system driver.
